MorganFranklin implemented a Project Management Office (PMO) methodology that tracked all Information Technology (IT) projects and risks to those projects, and ensured associated costs were in line with both budget and business expectations. We successfully developed and tracked the budget to ensure compliance with OMB, including Earned Value Management, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Exhibit 300, and the B2 Table. In addition, we successfully updated, and transitioned their SDLC methodology from Waterfall to Agile, while implementing an integrated master schedule to track all projects across the enterprise.
