Rob Franklin currently serves as a strategic advisor and member of the Board of Directors for MorganFranklin Consulting, providing vision and direction to expand market share, drive continuous operational efficiency, and improve quality. Since co-founding the company in 1998, Rob has served in various executive positions to include President, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Information Officer, playing a strategic role in building the business from a start-up to a market leading services firm. In his various capacities, Rob has developed and executed the methodologies for corporate strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, operational management, and business development. He successfully led key M&A activities to include a tuck-in acquisition and the divestiture of a significant business division focused in the National Security market. Prior to forming MorganFranklin, Franklin spent 10 years as a senior program and systems engineer with the Department of the Navy where he developed and deployed strategic and tactical secure communications systems for a variety of specialized U.S. government agencies.
