- Determine Salesforce’s suitability and effectiveness for companies considering a new customer relationship management (CRM)
- Upon selection of Salesforce, we engage our proven methodology, certified Salesforce consultants, and experienced project managers to lead and assist with a new implementation
Healthcheck & Optimizations
- Assess setup and current use of Salesforce to address pain points due to growth, adoption challenges or a poor implementation
- Provide detailed assessment, prioritized recommendations for optimization and increased utilization, and a roadmap to the targeted state (executed by the client or by our consulting team)
- Onboard our clients’ new acquisitions to their existing instance
- Expand functionality and set up new modules to meet the needs of geographic, operational and/or vertical growth
- Support Salesforce integrations leveraging delivered connectors
- Design custom integrations from Salesforce to supporting operational systems and enterprise resource management (ERP)
- Develop master data management (MDM) strategies, governance and controls between Salesforce, ERP and other operational systems leveraging a cloud infrastructure framework and toolsets (eg. AWS, S3, RDS)
