Leading B2B Publication Releases Annual List of the Supply Chain’s Top Professionals
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — March 17, 2021 — Supply & Demand Chain Executive, the only publication covering the entire global supply chain, announced the winners of its 2021 Pros to Know award. MorganFranklin supply chain practice leaders, formerly known as Plantensive, Megan Trupe and Todd DeLallo both received this prestigious award.
This award recognizes outstanding executives whose accomplishments offer a road map for leaders looking to leverage supply chain for competitive advantage. This year’s list includes individuals and teams from software and service providers, consultancies and academia, trucking and transportation firms, professional development agencies, sourcing and procurement divisions, and more, all who have helped supply chain clients and the supply chain community at large prepare to meet many of today’s — and tomorrow’s — challenges.
“While many companies have struggled to re-gain their footing as a result of COVID-19, this year’s Pros to Know winners stepped up to the plate to deliver innovative solutions and programs in a time of crisis and need,” says Marina Mayer, editor-and-chief of Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics “These winners collaborated, optimized, developed, educated and played a critical role in the survival and success of their company amid a global pandemic. I am honored to recognize these individuals and teams and extend my utmost gratitude to everyone in the supply chain industry for their time, efforts and innovations to keep our nation’s supply chains afloat.”
Megan Trupe, senior consultant for Plantensive, began her career as a sales and project manager for an electrical distributor and worked with the team for more than seven years. Trupe joined Plantensive in 2014 and assists clients in developing strategies and creating solutions to improve an organization’s supply chain performance and enterprise process. Her experience and client base has been diverse, working with Fortune 500 and mid-market supply chain clients across the CPG, distribution, manufacturing, and retail industries. Trupe is Project Management Institute, PMP certified, and recently obtained her APICS Supply Chain professional certification.
Todd DeLallo, solution architect at Plantensive, began his supply chain career in various planning capacities for several major consumer product organizations. He spent 15 years in industry roles focused on production planning, forecasting and distribution planning. In addition, he was also involved in his organization’s selection and implementation of supply chain planning software. DeLallo also spent five years as a trainer for a major supply chain software developer. Since then, DeLallo has made the leap to consulting where he enjoys helping clients take on their organization’s supply chain challenges. DeLallo has leveraged his supply chain planning and process development knowledge to help clients solve an array of supply chain challenges.
“After such a challenging year in the supply chain industry, Megan and Todd really excelled with their contributions to this industry,” said Derek Cesarz, managing partner at Plantensive. “The entire Plantensive team is proud of these achievements, and we look forward to their continued leadership in developing Plantensive’s award-winning services to support our team’s growing list of clients. They join a valued group of the Plantensive team to have been recognized with this honor over the course of the award’s history.”
