Washington, D.C. – September 2, 2008
MorganFranklin Corporation, a professional services and solutions provider to government and business leaders on high-stakes financial, operational and IT issues, today announced it has been selected as one of Consulting Magazine’s 2008 “Best Small Firms to Work For.” Detailed results of the study will be published in Consulting Magazine’s September/October issue.

This year’s survey drew nearly 13,000 responses from 205 firms, the largest compilation of data from management consulting firms worldwide. Participating firms were ranked on six categories: the job, compensation and benefits, work/life, leadership, career development and culture, and were ranked based on a cumulative total from all categories.

“Building a world-class consulting firm from the ground up requires a clear vision and dedication to its employees. This award recognizes that MorganFranklin has consistently focused on and improved our employee experience over the years,” said Robert Morgan, MorganFranklin CEO. “We continue to recruit and retain multifaceted, creative, energetic individuals who always surpass our clients’ expectations and thrive in high-stakes environments. We’ve created an environment where innovation and courage are recognized and rewarded while maintaining individual work-life balance. We will continue to enhance our programs so our employees can develop professionally, enjoy a flexible workplace and give back to the community.”
