D.C.-based consultancy appoints management consulting executive with more than 20 years of account strategy and management, leadership and staff development, client service, and business development experience across federal and commercial markets.

Frank Landefeld has been promoted to Public Sector Market Lead at MorganFranklin Consulting, a D.C.-based, strategy and execution-focused business consulting firm and professional advisor. In his new role, Landefeld will set market strategy and lead business development across MorganFranklin’s diverse portfolio of clients throughout the federal, state, and local government spaces.

Before his appointment to Public Sector Lead, Landefeld was a Managing Director in MorganFranklin’s Information Management & Technology practice where he helped public sector clients, such as the U.S. Marine Corps and the departments of the Navy, Justice, and Veterans Affairs, build and execute strategies to modernize and innovate processes and enable technologies they employ. Heavily experienced in technology strategy, business and requirements analysis, and technology modernization, Landefeld has served clients around the world in a variety of industries and in government through alignment of technology investments with mission execution and business needs.

Previously, he served at Voxiva Inc., BearingPoint/KPMG, Blue Martini Software, and Oracle Corporation.
