MorganFranklin’s new headquarters at 7900 Tysons One Place, Suite 300 accommodates the firm’s growing employee base and boasts collaborative workspaces, panoramic views of Northern Virginia, and front-door access to the D.C. Metro Silver Line.

The firm relocated just a few blocks from the Tysons Corner office it occupied for nearly a decade, moving into a custom designed space that features a hybrid floorplan with collaborative workspaces, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and cutting-edge technology tools. The décor and style of the workspace was designed in collaboration with the award-winning firm GTM Architects and incorporates bold, sophisticated mid-century modern design elements that combine handsome wood finishes, glass and stone surfaces, and brushed steel. Personal touches include scenic photography taken by MorganFranklin employees and a 3-D “word wall” spotlighting the firm’s distinctive delivery style and focus on the client and employee experience.

Located adjacent to the Capital Beltway and connected to the Silver Line Tysons Corner Metro station that opened in 2014, Tysons Tower is the tallest building in Tysons Corner Center. The building is part of a mixed-use urban expansion in Virginia’s booming technology corridor, which has attracted a wave of businesses in recent years. The marquis location is LEED-certified and features impressive amenities, including a fully equipped fitness facility, a 3,800-square-foot rooftop terrace, and an outside 32-foot elevated plaza that hosts year-round concerts, festivals, and movies.
