11 MorganFranklin Consulting, LLC executives and leadership team members announced as equity plan participants following another year of strong growth.

MorganFranklin Consulting, a strategy and execution-focused business consulting firm and professional advisor based in McLean, Va., and London, today announced its conversion to a limited liability company (LLC), as well as the creation of an equity participation plan for participating company executives to become partial owners of the business. The news comes after a year of strong growth and the appointment of industry veteran C.E. Andrews as Chief Executive Officer.

MorganFranklin has experienced notable growth since being founded in 1998. In 2013, the company achieved 30% growth just one year after the strategic sale of one of its business units. The firm also achieved a number of milestones, including providing service to more than 100 clients in 10 countries, being named to the Inc. 500|5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the second year in a row, and being ranked as the No. 9 private business job creator in Virginia by the Inc. Hire Power Awards.

MorganFranklin’s conversion to an LLC is a key element of the company’s strategic plan and includes the sale of approximately a 20% equity interest to 11 participating executives and leaders who now join the founders as owners of MorganFranklin. The LLC conversion and establishment of the equity participation plan further enhance the firm’s ability to retain and attract superior talent and explore new growth opportunities.
