What is your motto or personal mantra?
Never complain. Never explain.
What is your role at MorganFranklin Consulting, and what do you do?
I’m a Consultant and have been involved in a wide range of projects including financial reporting, IPO readiness, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and audit readiness. Currently, I am assisting a client in migration to a new commissions system.
What do you particularly enjoy about the work you do, and why did you choose to work at MorganFranklin Consulting?
I enjoy the fast-paced work that comes with working at MorganFranklin. I chose MorganFranklin for the investment the firm makes in its people, and the quality of work delivered.
How would you describe MorganFranklin Consulting’s culture?
The culture here is very calm yet hardworking. The people tend to relax when possible, but when deadlines need to be met, MorganFranklin delivers.
How have you taken ownership of your career at MorganFranklin Consulting? What does “surpassing expectations” mean to you and in the work you do?
I reached out to directors leading projects of interest to me and was able to gain valuable knowledge and experience in those fields. I also recently started studying for the CPA Exam and the firm is helping support me in a very meaningful way.
What advice would you give to someone hoping to pursue a career at MorganFranklin Consulting?
Be hungry to learn and willing to help clients.
What has been your favorite project that you’ve worked on at MorganFranklin Consulting, and why?
One of my favorite projects I have worked on at MorganFranklin was for a client in Detroit. Not only was the team absolutely fantastic, but the work was highly challenging with very tight deadlines. Fortunately, with a few late nights, the team was able to meet the deadlines.
Is there something you wish to learn more about or perfect while at MorganFranklin?
In a more holistic sense, I want to learn more about the industry in general, and to perfect the skills needed to be a great consultant at MorganFranklin.
What is your guilty pleasure?
I’m a huge shopaholic!
