Derek Cesarz is MorganFranklin’s supply chain managing partner and is responsible for strategy, new initiatives, financial performance, and key customer engagements, with a focus on food, CPG, and high-tech customers. He brings more than 15 years of supply chain, business development, inventory planning and consulting experience to his role.
Derek’s ability to focus, drive, and align efforts and expertise across multiple functional areas of the supply chain enables him to consistently unlock value for clients. He is known for creating trust through long-term client relationships that are reinforced by the delivery of positive results and continued benefits.
Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Derek served as principal of MEBC, which was acquired by Vaco and rebranded to Plantensive in 2019. He also held various supply chain positions for VF Outlet Inc., a retail clothing chain and division of VF Corporation, a retail outlet pioneer that was founded in 1970.
Derek was named a “2020 Pros to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
He earned his B.S. and MBA in business administration from York College of Pennsylvania with a minor in information technology.
