Make Connections

In 2008, MorganFranklin founded the Women’s Initiative with the vision to create a strong base of connected women leaders within the organization and the community.

We believe that our people are most successful when they have the flexibility to maintain a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives. Through educational forums, networking events, and community involvement, the Women’s Initiative cultivates the success that we desire for all MorganFranklin team members. Women can discuss and discover solutions to their unique work-life balance concerns while enjoying camaraderie in a congenial atmosphere.

Objectives include:
