Humpton and Reeder join MorganFranklin’s nine-member board as independent directors

MorganFranklin Consulting, a leading management and technology consulting firm, today announced the addition of Barbara Humpton and Russell P. Reeder to the Boards of Directors of MorganFranklin Consulting, LLC and its parent MorganFranklin, Inc.

Barbara Humpton is currently CEO of Siemens Government Technologies, Inc. (SGT), a Federally-compliant U.S. organization structured to address national imperatives in energy, infrastructure, automation, and marine platforms. Effective June 1, 2018, Barbara will begin serving as CEO of Siemens U.S., as previously announced by Siemens in April. With 50,000 U.S. employees and more than 60 manufacturing sites, Siemens U.S. is using its global leadership in engineering and technology innovation to meet America’s toughest challenges, delivering solutions for hospitals, utilities, cities, and manufacturers.
Russell P. Reeder is CEO and President of OVH US. Reeder is a veteran technologist and chief executive who has spent the last 25+ years managing high-growth global organizations that transform industries. Throughout his career and his life beyond business, Reeder has been an attentive student of change and innovation. He continues to hone and apply a leadership philosophy inspired first by his family and then by his professional mentors. More than anything, Reeder is committed to helping others live happier, more productive lives.
Humpton and Reeder serve as Independent Directors and their addition increases the Boards of Directors to 9 members.
