What is your motto or personal mantra?

The light in me shines to the light in you.

What is your role at MorganFranklin, and what do you do?

As a member of our talented information technology solutions team, I help clients integrate and operate a modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform for their organization.

Please tell us about your professional background, and what inspired you to pursue a career at MorganFranklin?

I spent several years working for a furniture company that specialized in e-commerce. I rolled up my sleeves and explored every aspect of how the company operated—from financial accounting and information technology to client services and warehouse operations. I built my management mindset and my business sense through this experience.

Through the years, I realized that a properly integrated ERP system can help companies operate more efficiently. I found that MorganFranklin had an amazing and growing enterprise application team; and that is what ultimately led me to join the firm.

What appeals to you about your career focus in NetSuite and e-commerce?

From the conversations I’ve had with our clients and reading about their goals through their interviews, they often stress the importance of keeping up with digital trends and streamlining. I feel very fulfilled knowing that I am contributing towards their goals and they are finding my service a valuable asset to their mission.

How would you describe MorganFranklin’s culture?

MorganFranklin cares about both its people and clients. As team members, we are constantly given the opportunity to own our careers, which leads to MorganFranklin always surpassing the clients’ expectations.

What advice would you give to someone hoping to pursue a career at MorganFranklin Consulting?

Be brave, and try to do different things here. Our leadership team is always open to team members exploring and learning. Don’t let your mind limit your potential.

What has been your favorite MorganFranklin Consulting project?

It sounds cliché, but I’ve enjoyed all of my client projects so far. Every client has its own growing pains, but I love helping our clients solve these issues.

What do you enjoy doing in your freetime?

I love staying active, especially through yoga and swimming. Yoga provides the peace of mind I need in the morning and, to me, it’s the best way to start the day. I enjoy swimming because it’s refreshing and great for cardio.

What is your number one travel destination on your bucket list?

I have always wanted to explore the culture and nature of Argentina.
