MANAGING DIRECTOR & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Steve Boyce directs all MorganFranklin finance functions, including accounting, financial planning, treasury, tax, and financial operations. He has more than 23 years of financial management and professional services experience within publicly and privately held technology and service companies.
Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Steve spent 11 years with NeuStar, Inc. serving seven years as Vice President, Finance & Treasurer and four years as Vice President, Finance & Corporate Controller. During his tenure with Neustar, Steve played a key role in several complex transactions including acquisitions, debt financings and equity offerings including Neustar’s initial public offering which was named “2005 IPO of the Year” by Renaissance Capital LLC and International Financing Review. Steve also previously served as chief financial officer of RollStream, Inc. a privately held software company and controller of CoStar Group, Inc. a publicly traded information services company. Steve began his career in the Entrepreneurial Services group at Ernst & Young LLP. As a senior manager in its audit practice, he worked extensively with emerging growth companies, primarily in the technology, communications and entertainment industries. Steve passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in the Commonwealth of Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from James Madison University.
