Jawad Hussain leads MorganFranklin’s Private Equity Services practice and has extensive experience leading global M&A integrations and identifying synergies to achieve value realization for private equity firms, their partners, and portfolio companies. He employs proven methodologies, tools and reporting techniques that provide the right approach at each phase of the deal lifecycle and consistency across Private Equity portfolios. Jawad’s focus is on driving operational improvements to enable value creation.

Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Jawad led M&A integrations at CrossCountry Consulting where he collaborated with clients to execute end to end integration related activities to drive strategic growth.

Jawad has a bachelor’s in finance from George Mason University.
