Robert Morgan co-founded MorganFranklin Consulting in 1998 and served as CEO for the firm’s first 15 years, growing it to approximately 500 employees and $100M in revenue. Presently, he serves as CEO of media platform, Talaria Media, and President of Pivotal Moments, a 501(c)(3) foundation he co-founded to help children facing adversity. He currently invests in a number of companies and serves on the board of advisors for companies such as SGVC, a venture capital fund, Divy, a brand-focused investment platform as well as TalentExchange, a search and investment engine that allows the public to invest in their favorite artists’ career. He maintains active involvement in the greater Washington DC community, having served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Washington Board of Trade and on their cyber security task force. He served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Washington Area American Heart Association and co-chaired the leadership team for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk. Prior to forming MorganFranklin, Morgan served as a Program Manager at the Naval Air Warfare Center responsible for modernization of Presidential communication systems and other tactical communication and information systems for National Security missions of specialized military and government organizations.
