MorganFranklin Names Christopher Mann
Senior Vice President of Financial Advisory Services

McLean, Virginia — April 26, 2006
MorganFranklin Corporation announces the appointment of Christopher Mann as Senior Vice President of Financial Advisory Services. In this role, Mann will oversee the service delivery and continued growth of this business in both the commercial and government sectors. Through the Financial Advisory Services business, MorganFranklin serves its clients in the form of accounting and audit support, business process outsourcing, and other financial and regulatory reporting support.

Mann brings over 15 years of professional experience to MorganFranklin. Prior to assuming his new position, he spent a total of 12 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Most recently, he served as a director in the Advisory Practice of PwC, focused primarily on initiatives to improve the finance and accounting functions of his clients, which included numerous Fortune 500 organizations across multiple industries. Mann was previously a senior manager in PwC's Assurance Practice, where he oversaw the financial statement audit process for both publicly traded and privately held clients. In addition, Mann spent over three years at Convera Corporation, a publicly traded software company, where as CFO he oversaw the finance, accounting and legal organizations, as well as investor relations.
