MorganFranklin Corp. Names Dale Peck as Senior Advisor 

McLean, Virginia — February 10, 2006
MorganFranklin Corp. (MFC) today announced the appointment of Dale Peck as a Senior Advisor to the company. In this role, Mr. Peck will assist in business development, and provide senior level advice and leadership as well as mentoring to the company's advisory and consulting practices.

In 1989, Mr. Peck merged his firm, Dale Peck & Company with Beers & Cutler, a leading advisory and consulting practice in the Washington metropolitan area. During his 17 years at Beers & Cutler, he served clients in the manufacturing, construction, retailing and wholesaling, distributing, technology and publishing industries. He provided expertise in the areas of tax planning, examining of financial statements and merger and acquisition assistance. Mr. Peck retired from Beers & Cutler at the end of 2005.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Peck was an employee of Arthur Andersen for ten years, and spent several years as the principal accounting officer for Bankers Security Life Insurance Society, which later became USLICO, as the result of a merger with United Services Life Insurance Company and Bankers Financial Life Insurance Company.

Mr. Peck has also been actively involved in the community, serving on 12 non-profit boards over the last few years. He is currently Chairman of the Greater Washington Region American Heart Association, is a past Chairman of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce and has served on various committees with the Northern Virginia Technology Council, Northern Virginia Community College Education Foundation and the Family Business Forums.
