MorganFranklin Corp. Moves Headquarters to Tysons Corner

Herndon, VA — January 27, 2006
MorganFranklin Corp. (MFC), a rapidly growing firm concentrating on technology solutions, management consulting and financial advisory services is relocating its headquarters from Herndon , VA to a new location in Tysons Corner , VA. The move is effective Monday, January 30, 2006. In one of the area's largest real estate transactions in 2005, the company signed a ten-year lease on 28,000 square feet of office space in the Pinnacle II Building located at 1753 Pinnacle Drive . The new office, which will occupy the top three floors of the building, will be three times the size of their current office.

"Having already outgrown the current location we moved into in the fall of 2004, it became apparent that far more space was going to be needed to accommodate our rapid growth. In addition, the Herndon location was simply too far outside the Beltway to offer convenience for the majority of our employees and clients," stated Bob Morgan, CEO of MorganFranklin Corp. The move is also a result of the continuing success in each of the company's three core areas of business.

MorganFranklin currently employees 150 people, and with the move to their new office they anticipate hiring an additional 100 people over the next year.

On the same day as MorganFranklin's headquarters relocation, the company is also moving their Waldorf, MD based engineering, integration and maintenance facility to a larger and more modern building in the Waldorf area.
