MorganFranklin Names William T. Hughes as Senior Vice President of Operations and Federal Services

Herndon, Virginia — October 12, 2005
MorganFranklin Corp. (MFC) today announced the appointment of William T. Hughes as Senior Vice President of Operations and Federal Services. In his new role, Mr. Hughes will help to shape MFC's strategic direction for Federal market advisory and consulting services. Mr. Hughes will lead business development and contribute to the creation of new service offerings for the Federal market.

Prior to assuming his new position, Mr. Hughes spent 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) focusing on U.S. Federal agency and public/private technology/software and information communication, and company audit and internal control engagements. Mr. Hughes most recently served as PwC's Lead Project Director for the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture's Office of Management and Budget (OMB) No. A-123 Sarbanes-Oxley engagement. Mr. Hughes also served as Lead Project Director on the Dept. of Defense (DoD) Office of Inspector General and Defense Security Service (DSS) Audit Readiness Assessment. He has extensive experience with Federal and SEC Accounting and Reporting, and has successfully led project teams on large, high-profile multi-national Federal and commercial engagements. In addition, he has authored and taught training classes on numerous technical accounting and auditing matters for PwC.
