MorganFranklin Corp. was awarded a five-year, $25 million blanket purchase agreement (BPA) by the Defense Information Services Agency (DISA) to provide a basic summary of services to include: Telecommunications, Networks, Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Planning, Programming, Technical, Evaluation/Support, Technology Discovery/Demonstration/Insertion, Concept Exploration, Analysis, Design, Development, Engineering, Installation, Integration, Interoperability/Interfaces, Test and Evaluation, Production, Implementation/Fielding, Operations, Maintenance, Fabrication, Personnel Management, Operations, Disposal, Logistics, Project Management, Contracting, Architecture, Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, Certification, Accreditation, Finance, Administration, Facilities, Subscriber Services, Training, Security, Customer and System Support, Equipment, Software, Audio-Visual, Documentation, Property, Policy, Systems, Infrastructure,, Terminals/Peripherals, Encryption, Frequency and Spectrum, Space Segment Services, Commercial services, Transport, Power/Electrical, Event Services, Deployment/Shipping/Transportation, Graphics, Web/Internet/Intranet.

In addition, the contract allows MorganFranklin Corp. the flexibility to provide the listed services and others, to all federal agencies under this BPA.
