Thomas Roland is a Managing Director helping to oversee the Commercial business specifically in the area of Financial Advisory service delivery. He most recently served as a Director within the company’s Commercial services business unit. Roland has over ten years of professional experience in financial accounting and reporting, technical accounting research, statutory accounting, financial process design and improvement. He also has extensive knowledge of legal entity accounting systems set up, accounting design and set up of international trading models, contract reviews for revenue recognition and accounting treatment determination.

Roland has worked with large international companies including: BT, AT&T, Concert, BearingPoint, AES, Covansys, BAAN Software. Prior to joining MorganFranklin, he served as a senior analyst and project manager at Concert Communications. From 1998 to 2000, he also served as a financial auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Roland is a licensed CPA in Virginia and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
