Sean Turner is responsible for the strategic direction, execution and overall management of MorganFranklin's Financial Advisory and Risk Management capabilities.

He joined the Company in 2002 and has spent over 12 years in the professional services industry. Prior to joining MorganFranklin, he led the Finance and Accounting department at Para-Protect, an information security and consulting firm in Northern Virginia. There he was responsible for all domestic and international financial reporting, budgeting, banking and investor relations, financial audits and tax returns, quality control and management of the day-to-day operations.

For seven years, Turner served in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Coopers & Lybrand and BDO Seidman. He performed financial and operational audits for both public and privately held companies in a variety of industries, including consumer products, high-technology, financial services, retail, telecommunications, media and manufacturing.

His areas of expertise include domestic and international GAAP, SEC reporting, compliance requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, internal and external audit, and complex public financial transactions. Turner has led Sarbanes-Oxley implementation for companies including NeighborCare, SI International, Educate, Inc., Analex Corporation and IPIX Corporation.

Turner earned his B.S. in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of New Hampshire. He is a licensed CPA in the state of New Hampshire and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
