 Since co-founding MorganFranklin, Ron has been instrumental in developing the Advisory practice and the Finance and Administration department with a state-of-the-art accounting system and a top-tier benefits package. Ron further serves as our President of Commercial Services.
Over his 12 years of professional experience in public accounting and industry, Ron has gained expertise in internal and external audit, accounting operations, financial reporting including SEC compliance, internal controls and audit management.
Formerly, Ron was the Director of Financial Compliance at Concert Communications. In this role, he oversaw the external and internal audit process of a $7b joint venture between AT&T Corporation and British Telecommunications Plc.
Ron was responsible for internal control reviews for Concert's global accounting operations, the completion of the annual internal and external audit plans, and maintaining the company's relationships with external and Internal Audit. Ron also directed the audit and filing of Concert's statutory financial statements for over 40 statutory legal entities worldwide.
Prior to working in industry, Ron spent five years in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Aronson & Company, performing financial audits of private and public corporations and not-for-profit organizations.
Ron holds a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed CPA in Maryland and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
