Peter Sobich plays a key role in MorganFranklin’s overall federal growth strategy. His responsibilities include building a federal consulting practice, developing federal opportunities for all MorganFranklin areas of expertise and strengthening the company’s presence in the federal marketplace.
Sobich brings extensive private- and public-sector experience to MorganFranklin. He most recently served as an associate partner in the federal practice of IBM Business Consulting Services. He worked with account leaders to identify and capture business opportunities at federal agencies, led key aspects of the practice’s strategic planning process and built strong relationships with senior agency leaders.
Sobich previously served as special assistant to the President and Deputy Cabinet Secretary at the White House. In this role, he worked closely with other White House offices on a wide range of strategic initiatives, and with senior agency leaders on policy implementation. He was involved with policy issues related to every Cabinet agency, with a focus on the economy, technology, trade and homeland security.
Prior to his experience at the White House, Sobich served as a managing consultant in the federal practice of IBM Business Consulting Services (formerly PwC Consulting) where he worked with private- and public-sector leaders on a wide range of management and organizational challenges.
Sobich holds a B.A. from the University of Washington in Seattle, and earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. |
