Patrick Leonard plays an instrumental role in shaping the strategic direction of MorganFranklin's Consulting capabilities. He is responsible for the development of service offerings, business development, methodology development, client delivery and quality assurance programs. Patrick also has corporate-level responsibilities leading the development of the corporate strategic plan, focusing on driving a consistent strategy to ensure balanced growth across MorganFranklin. He also contributes to the identification of new market and service opportunities, the evaluation of strategic ventures and alliances, and analyzing strategic acquisitions.
A veteran of the professional services industry with over 11 years of experience, Patrick has extensive experience delivering integrated solutions based upon his expertise of business and IT strategy, process improvement, and systems architecture and integration. Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Patrick held senior leadership roles at IBM Business Consulting Services / PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. He has managed complex consulting engagements on both domestic and international efforts.
Patrick has advised large communications and media companies including: AOL, Conde Naste, AT&T, Bell South, British Telecom, Verizon Communications, XO Communications and MCI. Prior to moving into management consulting Patrick was part of the Coopers & Lybrand, LLP high-tech audit practice, performing audits for companies such as Digital Equipment and British Telecom.
Patrick holds a B.S. in finance and international business from the University of Oregon. He earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in finance and information systems strategy. In 1997, Leonard was licensed as a CPA in Virginia.
