Jeff Pagano is Chief Financial Officer at MorganFranklin and has been with the company since 2004. In this role, he oversees MorganFranklin's financial management, human resources and recruiting functions. Jeff brings to MorganFranklin over 14 years of financial management experience within technology and service companies, both publicly and privately-held.
He has significant experience in corporate restructuring, divestitures, IPOs, private placements and SEC compliance reporting. Jeff most recently served as VP of Finance at Sonitrol Corporation, an $80M national electronic security solutions provider. At Sonitrol, he directed the corporate finance and accounting functions. Jeff also led Sonitrol through a $122M divestiture from its parent company, Tyco International.
Previously, Jeff worked within the Financial Compliance department of Concert B.V., a $6.2B global communications provider. Jeff has also served as Director of Finance for Network Access Solutions, and as Corporate Controller for Xybernaut Corporation. Prior to working in industry, Jeff spent four years in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche and Thompson Greenspon, performing financial audits and tax compliance for private and public corporations and not-for-profit organizations.
Jeff earned a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech in 1989 and has been a licensed CPA in Virginia since 1991.
