David Beering oversees MorganFranklin's Technical capabilities within the Chicago area. His responsibilities involve the design, integration and deployment of large-scale, high-performance satellite networks for clients including NASA, the U.S. Navy, the Missile Defense Agency and the City of Chicago.

Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Beering was the Principal and Founder of Infinite Global Infrastructures, a professional services firm. During the nine-year history of IGI, the company delivered more than 50 operational systems to clients on five continents, providing applications to platforms ranging from land mobile vehicles, to ships, aircraft, and spacecraft. Prior to his tenure at IGI, Beering worked seven years for Amoco Corporation in Chicago, Illinois, and five years with AT&T Communications.

Beering is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Association for Computing Machinery, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the American Meteorological Society. He is also a board member of the Space Enterprise Council, U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Beering holds both a B.S. and an M.S. in electrical and computer engineering from Purdue University.
