Sean Turner oversees client service delivery as well as business and practice development activities, applying more than 20 years of professional experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), technical accounting, SEC reporting, and enterprise risk management (ERM). Sean's areas of expertise include IPO readiness, buy-side and sell-side M&A due diligence, financial restatement support, technical accounting, SEC compliance, legal entity books and records analysis and rationalization, SOX 404 compliance, and internal audit services.
Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Sean led the finance department at an information security and consulting firm located in northern Virginia. In this role, he was responsible for all domestic and international financial reporting, budgeting, banking and investor relations, quality control, and management of day-to-day operations. Previously, Sean spent a number of years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he supervised the financial statement audit process for both public and privately held companies in a variety of industries.
