John Hoebler serves as Managing Director at MorganFranklin Consulting and is responsible for leading enterprise systems efforts, with a focus on planning and managing complete project life cycles for enterprise applications such as financial, human resource, and business intelligence software. John possesses expertise in traditional on-premise applications such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle EBS, and Hyperion, as well as Software as a Service (SaaS) applications such as NetSuite, Workday, and Fusion. He is a strong advocate for transforming how enterprises deploy and maintain back-office applications.
In this role, John helps domestic and international clients solve complex business challenges through process improvement and technology solutions, drawing upon his expertise in information technology management, cybersecurity policy, and enterprise system upgrades, implementations, enhancements, maintenance, and support.
John has worked with enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications for more than 20 years, and he is recognized as a leader in PeopleSoft applications and technologies. He was named “PeopleSoft Presenter of the Year” in 2007 and 2009 by the 50,000-member Quest International Users Group, becoming the only two-time winner in Quest's history.

Prior to joining MorganFranklin, John served as executive vice president of consulting solutions and business development at Drivestream Inc., a PeopleSoft consulting provider. In this role, he oversaw service offering and corporate strategies, marketing, business development, service delivery, and account management while growing the company significantly over a five-year period.
Previously, he served as president and senior consultant at Logiclear Solutions Inc., as well as B2B solutions senior consultant at Collaborex Inc. Earlier in his career, John served as principal consultant at American Management Systems and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and he previously worked for Qualcomm.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems from the Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in cybersecurity policy from the University of Maryland University College. He is licensed as a Six Sigma Green Belt, PeopleSoft Certified Instructor, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
John frequently authors articles for a variety of industry and media publications, and is a recognized thought leader in the areas of ERP upgrades and optimization, enterprise applications, IT project management, business intelligence, change management, and merger and acquisition (M&A) ERP integration. He also regularly presents at industry conferences, including Oracle OpenWorld, Quest International Users Group Circuit Conference, Quest PeopleSoft Upgrade Training Day, and Oracle community Collaborate Conference.
